System is designed for detection, identification and tracking of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) with following radio interference of navigation lines, data transmission and control, goal setting for fire damage and UAV destroying. Field of application: military, commercial and private objects.
The problem is solved in two stages:
- I stage - making a mobile system for radio monitoring and suppression of channels of control, navigation and UAV data
The adoption just the mobile system of radio monitoring and control channels suppression, navigation and data transmission, allow to neutralize the activity of enemy UAV to 90%.
- II stage - producing a fire damage unit
Adopting for service a fire damage unit will allow to neutralize up to 99% of enemy UAV by using of precision-guided anti-aircraft weapon (aerial burst missiles and laser-guided surface-to-air missiles). Alternative unit options are also considered (such as laser damage option).
UAV is found out by small radar station (RS) and identified automatically by its own optoelectronic head. After the object has been identified as enemy one, monitoring systems are automatically redirected in the direction of detection and tracking of the suspected flying object by using RS, and simultaneously active jamming is installed that cancels UAV remote control system. The object is returning automatically to starting point or continuing its flight in uncontrolled mode before battery discharges or fuel runs out. If cancelling UAV remote control system fails or UAV returns to starting point with monitoring data, a fire damage unit to be used to destroy an enemy aerial vehicle.
Mobile system for radio monitoring and cancelling of control, navigation and UAV data transmission channels consists of:

A fire damage unit construct:
- Landing gear
- Anti-aircraft gun mount with aerial burst missiles
- Laser-guided anti-aircraft missiles
- Laser damage weapon
Complex is able to find out targets with their surface area from 100 сm2 at a distance of up to 10–30 km; RS operates in the frequency range of 400–6000 MHz. Complex is equipped with non-refrigerate two-coordinate coloured camera with thermal sensing system and lens.
Foreign analogues of the same system with the same specifications do not exist. Some parts of the complex (radars, direction finders, electronic warfare stations, fire damage units and others) are implemented in international markets, proposed to military structures and tested at field training. In accordance with result of investigation carried out by specialists of Sandia National Laboratories, USA and NATO Industrial Experts Group SG-170 it is clear that there are no reliable means of finding, tracking and identifying of low-flying, small-sized and low-speed targets.
